Assistant General Manager, Group Operations & Information Technology

Shereen Jones is tasked with overall responsibility for Operations and Information Technology across the JN Group outside of Management Control Systems (MCS) Limited and Manufacturers Credit & Information Services (MCIS) Limited. She joined JN in 2006 as General Manager of MCS and assumed her current position as Group Executive – Information Technology, in October 2009. However, she has had a long association with JNBS, assisting with the implementation of the Phoenix Banking project as a consultant in 1999. She was appointed Assistant General Manager, Group Operations and Information Technology in February 2013.

Her strong mathematical skills propelled her to a bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours from The University of the West Indies and a subsequent master’s degree with honours from Pennsylvania State University. She is a strong supporter of the work of Toastmasters International, and a board member of SwimJamaica.
