Heidi Hanna, our consultant, is a Jamaican national with over 18 years’ experience as a Senior HR Professional with extensive experience in HR and Payroll Outsourcing and HR Shared Services. She started her HR career in Toronto as an HR Consultant in HR Outsourcing but over the years she has worked across multiple industries in multiple countries including Canada, the US and the Caribbean (primarily Jamaica). Her industry experience includes HR Consulting, Professional Employer Services (PEO), Telecommunications, Electricity, Banking, Hospitality, Call Centre and FMCG.
Heidi has a deep passion for business process excellence, maximum service delivery, and critical business outcomes with an overarching goal of elevating the level of the HR profession in Jamaica. She has in depth knowledge and experience of reviewing, re-engineering and implementing service improvements (systems/processes/technology) across the HR function.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds the CEBS designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan (IFEBP).
