Access Financial Services Ltd announced the first of its operational restructuring since Proven Investments Ltd acquired roughly half of its shareholdings in December.
Five positions were affected in the move, including two promotions. However, the company made three positions redundant, led by its business developmment manager. That’s a position held previously by Alexander Johnson, who held the dual position of executive director, a position that appears to be unchanged. Calls for clarity went unanswered at Access as the four telephone numbers dialled by the Observer between 10:00 am and noon rang without answer.
In fact, last May, Johnson held another position, that of co-chief executive, along with Marcus James for a brief stint. However, the Supreme Court indicated that that appointment was in breach of orders.
